International Stress Awareness Week 2021

International Stress Awareness Week runs from the 1st - 5th November 2021.

Every year this week aims to raise awareness about stress prevention and highlight techniques that can help you to reduce stress.

At The Coombe we are lucky to have physiotherapists Aly Walker, who often offers mindfulness sessions to staff to help combat stress.
