Outpatient Hysteroscopy

Hysteroscopy is a procedure that allows us to look inside your womb (uterus) with a camera, in order to diagnosed and treat causes of abnormal vaginal bleeding.

The appointment will take 30-45 minutes. The procedure itself takes 10-15 minutes.

Our Outpatient Hysteroscopy clinic takes place in the Women's Health Unit, located at the back of the hospital. Access to this unit is via the Main Hospital.

Referrals are received from GPs via HEALTHLINK or post.
